Martin Jabs
Martin Jabs was born in 1978 and grew up in Brazil, Germany and the USA. He studied film making until 2007 and now works in Berlin as an independent film maker, photographer and translator. Several of his works, both fiction and documentary, have been aired on television. He also works for the Goethe Institut and voluntarily for the charity organization Kinderhilfe Brasilien.
Wyn Mason
Originally from a Fine Art background, Wyn Mason worked as a freelance TV director for 15 years, became a full time lecturer in film production and scriptwriting at the University of Glamorgan in 2005 in order to focus on developing innovative cinema projects. He has coordinated the AWEN International Poetry Film Festival in Wales and is one of the developers of Continental Drift. His work »Unwaith« is the first film of the project.
Richard Staniforth
Richard Staniforth has been supporting Martin and Wyn in developing the idea. From a Cardiff base, he has completed over a hundred TV and film productions including feature films with Australia, Ireland, the USA, Germany and Wales. These include »Small Country« (2006) by Stan Barstow and Diana Griffiths, which won him a BAFTA Cymru award (2008), and another BAFTA winner »Elenya« (»In Kriegszeiten«) by Steve Gough with the BFI Frankfurt Filmproduktion and S4C. He sits on PACT council and is former BAFTA Chair (twice) in Wales.
